The project details have been altered for portfolio purposes. I designed an AI chatbot app for industry professionals that enables document uploads, allowing an AI chatbot to answer specific, often very detailed questions based on the uploaded documents.
I managed the entire design process, from initial business discussions to UI design.

Research and Requirements
I conducted desk research and internal discussions with colleagues to understand the document management challenges and specific needs for an AI-assisted tool. This helped in defining the key features and functionalities required for the application.

Wireframing and Prototyping
Based on the research insights, I created wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize the application's layout and user flow. These prototypes were used to ensure the design met user expectations and requirements.

Final Design and Presentation
After refining the prototypes, I developed the final UI designs and prepared alternative views for presentation purposes. This helped potential clients understand how the application works and its benefits, facilitating easier adoption and showcasing the tool's capabilities.
